OEM kinds of footwear inserts or shoe insoles based on customer requirements and main material we produced is EVA, Ortholite, Memory Foam, PU, TPU/TPE etc.
3. What is cooperation process?
Original Samples/Design—>3D Graphics—>Molds—>Pre-production Sample—>Order—>Mass Production—>Delivery
4. How can we guarantee quality?
Firstly, raw material is checked to ensure right color, density and printing etc.
Secondly, a pre-production sample is provided for approval before mass production;
Thirdly, responsible person examines the flow of each step to make sure no mistakes being made during process;
Fourthly, every pair of insole is inspected by QC staff before packing;
Fifthly, there will be 10% sampling inspection before shipment.
5. How about the leadtime?
Sample: 1-3 days for our existing samples and 5-7 days for customized logo samples; Molds: 7-10 days after 3d drawing confirmed; Order: Normally 25-30 days after pre-production sample approval.
6. What are payment terms?
Sample: Paypal or Wester Union, free of charge for existing ones but customer bear shipping cost; customized samples are chargeable.Molds: T/T, 100% payment before mold development.Order: T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
7. What is MOQ?
Usually 1000pairs for custom made insoles.
8. What is packaging?
Normally 1pair insole put inside a plastic bag, then fit into a carton; Paperbox, plastic box or other packaging can be customized.
9. Which is the port of shipment?
Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
10. What are the shipping ways?
DHL/UPS/FedEx etc. for small quantity and by SEA/TRAIN etc. for big orders.
